The photographer

With a background as a digital media teacher at upper secondary level, I made the leap into the built environment and now work as a construction engineer with a specialization in architecture. These two worlds — visual storytelling and the technical craft of buildings — meet in my photography.

My architectural work focuses mostly on buildings, with a particular love for the artistic details: the play of light on a facade, the rhythm of a staircase, the geometry hidden in plain sight. It is photography seen through the eyes of someone who understands how these structures are made.

Nature photography is my way of developing as a photographer — learning to see, to wait, and to simplify. Some of these images take on a second life as fine art prints, created to become wall decorations that bring calm and character into a room.
